• Troubleshoot teachers’ issues with Microsoft Office 2010 mainly Word, Excel and PowerPoint

• Assisted with the server migration and upgrade by connecting the network cables from the server to the switch and notifying the team in Switzerland
• Imaged desktops with XP operation system and installed specific applications for each department as part of a roll out of new computers
• Swapped out hard drives in laptops that had outdated drives
• Set-up of workstations by connecting peripherals to the desktop and providing a network connection
• Assisted with the creation of a disaster recovery site by installed new servers, switches and routers into the rack
