Finding what our best reps do to be successful and amplifying that across teams.- Firmex sales reps' biggest Advocate. Sharing insights, challenges, and stories from our sales teams across the org to help improve GTM strategies and keep sales teams selling.- Improve Sales teams leading metrics such as win rates, sales velocity, and contract size by implementing coaching, training, and resources that meet the sellers where they are within their career, role and sales process.- Work across the sales organization to bring new initiatives, resources and overall GTM strategy to life and ensure sales teams adopt the vision, messaging and direction Firmex's product and marketing teams bring to market.- Build out a sales wiki that makes finding and leveraging sales resources more efficient and effective.- Own the sales tech stack and provide training and optimization to the organization.- Leverage data and experimentation to adjust strategies, coaching tactics and focus that help our sales teams work on the right areas and use the best content to achieve sales excellence.
