Current-Providing software/technical support for the Mortgage Credit Link (MCL) platform-Working with third parties and vendors to integrate to our system-Managing the accounts of our Lender Direct Program of over 50 clients-Onboarding and Training new clients on how to use the MCL platform-Leading demos for new products/services available-QA and testing prior to release of monthly updates-Documenting workflows and best practices using Confluence -Managing help desk tickets with Salesforce, including chat and phone calls-Tracking changes via Jira when updates are made to the platform-Utilizing Salesforce for real-time chat support with clients- Creating and maintaining articles and videos in KnowledgeBase
