They are considered to be a leader in the precision ag industry with their best in class OptiGro software.• Supported OptiGro Software for all Sanders locations in southeast region o Traveled between 23 locations and 4 states to train and support OptiGro users• Assisted growers with on farm precision ag technologies o Wrote numorous custom application seeding and fertilizer scripts and ensured they were functioning properly in the equipment o Created Management zones from soil fertility, yield, elevation, and soil type o Calibrated yield monitors• Supported sales staff with the sale of soil sampling and fertilizer applications o Made sales calls with Sanders salesmen to talk about the importance of soil sampling, interpretation of results, and customized recommendation with each customer• Managed all third party grid soil sampling for southeast region o Continuously worked with crop consultants to insure that samples were being pulled in a timely fashion and all data uploaded correctly

Black Gold Potato Farms is a leading producer of fresh market potatoes for Frito Lay. I assisted with management of 1,700 acres of potatoes from plant to harvest. I managed all on farm precision ag technologies including JD RTK systems, variable rate applications, remote control of irrigation pivots, and all record keeping applications. During harvest, I directed all on farm potato sorting,washing, and load out to Black Gold Farms customers.
