• While still on Active Duty, I had the opportunity to work for five months as a Program Manager in a civilian corporation before separating.• I was hired to ensure that Supply Technologies corporate priorities and business units were aligned, and lead projects to address organizational capability gaps and enhance profitability.MAJOR PERFORMANCE ACCOMPLISHMENTS• During week two, the company suffered a global ransomware attack. I was entrusted to lead all of Supply Technologies’ cybersecurity efforts and global IT team. Resulted in a complete recovery of the network and saving the company from paying the $10 million ransom.

• Sustained the readiness of 80 technical professionals and upheld the operational efficiency of IT systems, poised for global rapid deployment in support of global crisis response operations. Judicially managing and sourcing funding to ensure all 80 technical professionals received the highest quality training to optimally support upward of 4,500 global users at a moment’s notice. • Collaborated with both internal and external teams, utilizing available resources to strategically propel team success. Simultaneously, effectively communicate stakeholder requirements and expectations to meticulously plan and execute required tasks.• Lead the research, development, testing and evaluation of enterprise-level technology systems. • Leveraged on-premises and cloud resources, as well as machine learning and artificial intelligence to enhance organizational readiness. • Assessed and identified areas of risk and improvement for the 75TH Ranger Regiment and operationalizing action plans to enhance our organizational speed, lethality and precision.MAJOR PERFORMANCE ACCOMPLISHMENTS• Restructured task deliverables and the organizational structure of 450 technical professionals across the 75TH Ranger Regiment.
