As a Project Manager at Intouch Solutions, I manage a number of digital and print projects from project initiation to delivery at any given time. I am responsible for client relationships managed out of the Intouch Solutions, Chicago office. The need for cross office collaboration requires constant contact with account services, creative, user experience and strategy departments, who are all based out of Chicago. The technology team and other SME's (CRM, social media, SEO, etc.) are based in Kansas City. Gatorade - Digital Agency of Record- Managed day-to-day workload of the creative team across multiple projects.- Worked with the project management team lead to develop standardized process flows for a range of different digital projects for Gatorade.- Worked with account management to deliver detailed weekly status decks for each active project, which included asset deadlines, review dates, milestones and roadblocks.- Mitigated risk by coordinating with the creative and development team leads to ensure staffing was appropriate for each project.- Tracked and reported budgets for individual projects and the overall agency fee.
