Managed up to 20 requisitions at a given time. • Provided operational and administrative support in a high-volume, fast-paced recruiting environment including scheduling interviews, creating pre-hire files, reference checks, initiating background checks, travel requests, and collecting documents for pre-hire file. • Partnered with Sr. Talent Acquisition Specialists to source candidates and screen a high volume of inbound resumes and recommend qualified candidates. Built candidate pipelines to fill current and anticipated vacancies. • Assisted with the implementation of our new applicant tracking system, SuccessFactors. • Wrote and edited ads and postings in collaboration with recruiter and hiring officials.
