I am an aspiring public relations professional who enjoys engaging and conducting work that will connect people with organizations. My passion lies in serving the public and working directly with them. I have over four years of customer service experience and My academic background is in public relations and marketing. Some of my skills include WordPress, MailChimp, Microsoft Excel, Adobe InDesign and Illustrator. I am certified in Google Analytics and have experience in social media data tracking.I have had numerous leadership roles in my journey, one of the most prominent ones being my position as a resident assistant at the University of Central Arkansas. My duties include creating programming for residents, academic and emotional support for new students and dealing with housing paperwork. I also serve as the intramural sports chair for my hall.
