Transferred to affiliate company for partnership opportunity where I built a dual facility WAN with two LANs running a windows 2K3/WinXP network over a SOHO/Adtran Router- 3COM VoIP phone system.

Began as help desk associate and was promoted to Help Desk Manager, the Chief of Network Operations. Maintained server farm, resolved all issues beyond scope of help desk. I managed all technical monitoring, maintenance, and support of Global Wide Area Network to provide connectivity and function of hosted call center products in our data center.
