Sr. Onsite Deployment Project Manager
CurrentManage the deployment in all aspects of onsite event service products and solutions as well as the clients main point of contact. Lead the development and execution of elaborate plans for custom proprietary data driven software for assigned accounts including documenting requirements, QA/UAT testing. Control the budget for all onsite services while managing the scope of the contracts. Managed large teams of Onsite Event Coordinators, Network Specialists and Application Developers to accomplish all tasks and ensure a successful execution of services on all projects. Responsible for the resource allocation of both hardware and staff as it relates to all projects. Travel extensively, both domestically and internationally which sometimes amounts to 200+ days while maintaining the ability to work on many projects simultaneously. Often serve as the department lead in sales calls/meetings, client on boarding, and subject matter expert for onsite services.
