As an early-career professional with the formal education and preparation for the role of Gaming and Software Developer, I apply my technical skill set, focus, and commitment to continuous learning to the achievement of outstanding performance. My key areas of knowledge include the basics of programming and graphics development to include C++, object-oriented programming, Unity game engine, C-sharp, and .Net. Applying creativity and diligent collaboration to project lifecycles, I possess the competency to effectively analyze business and technical requirements, review specifications, provide technical designs, draft documentation supporting business needs, create development and integration plans, collaborate in development to include coding, oversee testing, extract and manipulate data, and provide solutions to diverse technical issues. Having graduated with a B.S. in Game and Simulation Programming from DeVry University in Irving, Texas, I am among 7 of 30 students who started with the program to complete to graduation. While at DeVry, I effectively performed the role of GSP & CIS Programming Tutor, providing academic programming and software support to students and directing creative solutions to programming language. In my position with Magnin & Associates, I revealed my ability to be a quick study, creating quality games and apps for iPhones using Xcode with Objective C and C. Operating remotely to assist in programming apps and games, I engaged in the Cannon project focused on development of an iPhone game using Xcode. Additionally, I have developed games in independent projects. Setting myself apart from other professionals at this stage in their careers, I particularly enjoy learning about new programming languages, engaging in projects where I can use computer programming and perform coding, and finding ways to improve languages.
