Recruit senior level IT Consultants, who work with major ERP software packages and IT Infrastructure for contract assignments with direct clients. Recruit and interview technical consultants over the telephone to assess skills, experience, availability, compensation requirements and willingness to travel; and to assign to appropriate client managers. Handle multiple client listings concurrently and serve as end to end contact throughout the process including negotiating compensation. Check references to verify information and obtain manager leads and market information. Use various social media sites as well as traditional job searches to locate and engage candidates. Generate consultant referrals. Manage and lead a team of 3 employee’s ensuring that the group achieves production goals by providing day-to-day supervision and guidance. Review daily call sheets, direct daily workflow, review the quantity and quality of traffic, client calls, database growth, and sales. Conduct daily training meetings to motivate, train and develop staff.
