I bring a wealth of knowledge to the table, with more than 8 years of experience in the fitness industry, helping hundreds of individuals achieve their health and fitness goals.My journey began at a young age with a strong passion for team sports, particularly soccer, which ignited my dedication to improving and helping others live a more active and healthier lifestyle.After successfully running my own personal training business in a commercial gym, I decided it was time to take the next step and open my own Fitness Studio, opening LTYB's very first Sydney studio!You can expect a warm and encouraging atmosphere that motivates you to achieve your goals.
