The goal of my work is to create a lasting permanent difference for people and organizations in the HR, L&D, and Talent Management spaces because empowered and engaged people grow successful businesses. Over the course of my career I have been gifted the opportunity to create impactful programs for candidates, employees, leaders, and organizations that drive strategic business outcomes. I have developed programs and lead teams to improve offer acceptance rates by focusing on the candidate experience, built competencies matrices to improve labor costs and reduce burnout and fatigue, and established emerging leader cohorts that ensure a strong pipeline of future leaders. These and many more programs were designed around the idea that if we grow our employees our business will grow too.Throughout my career I have always been the first of my role. I was the first Recruiter, the first TA Manager, and now the first L&D Manager. I'm privileged to bring my knowledge to organizations and work collaboratively across multiple business lines to meet the priorities of the business.
