Jared holds the position of Vice President at Ruschmeyer Corporation, a company that offers a comprehensive range of services to clients at both local and national levels. These services include strategic real estate planning, market research, financial analysis and modeling, as well as lease and sale negotiations.In 2020, Jared joined Ruschmeyer Corp, bringing with him a background primarily focused on the real estate and construction industries. Prior to his tenure at Ruschmeyer Corporation, Jared embarked on his commercial real estate career at Omni Development Corporation. During his time at Omni, he was a member of the landlord representation team, where he played a key role in promoting current leasing and marketing strategies. Jared also worked closely with the property management team, gaining valuable insights into the ownership and management processes of commercial real estate assets. Additionally, he successfully coordinated numerous tenant finish jobs and other external projects. Jared's unique perspective, acquired through his experience working with landlords, enables him to strategically negotiate transactions on behalf of tenants and business leaders, thereby adding value to Ruschmeyer Corp.Prior to his tenure at Omni, Jared spent over five years working alongside a well-established general contractor and real estate agent. This experience provided him with comprehensive knowledge in all aspects of real estate and construction. As a native of Littleton, Colorado, Jared possesses a deep understanding of the surrounding markets and aspires to contribute and invest in the local communities where he was raised.Jared obtained his bachelor's degree in Finance and Economics from the University of Alabama in 2019, during which time he was a member of the University Honors College. Being a Colorado native, Jared takes great pleasure in engaging in a wide range of outdoor activities, including golfing, skiing, hiking, biking, and camping.
