•Chief responsibility is to increase profitability at the 327 sites included in the Standard Plant Operations group across the US gases business - $220MM annual revenue. •Key area of focus include leading digitalization of real time plant performance KPI's and margin optimization through the use of data analytics.•Additional responsibilities include evaluating financial performance of new and existing customer base; specifically related to contracts, metering, billing, and plant design/performance. Key focus area includes the development of profitability analytics to drive margin.

•Develop and financially vet R&D projects with a total worth of $20MM annually•Help grow and support to corporate idea bank; evaluate ideas before gate process reviews•Track and manage R&D project portfolio that contribute to increasing Praxair's OP•Review and track all exisitng R&D programs by ROI, NPV, and IRR•Manage business analyst to track and financially validate project portfolio

•Leading production & distribution related Six Sigma projects to support the East Region productivity goals•Mentoring and supporting 20 grey/green belts in order to complete training and project completion•Supporting all BAG, CO2, and Hydrogen plants in East Region through Lean initiatives, general productivity projects, and regular DMAIC six sigma projects

• Mentoring and coaching nine process engineers at four different locations with at least twenty-five active projects at any given time• Developing a systematic way to sort ideas into real assignable projects based on Republic’s top goals and iniatives • Driving continuous improvement through out the corporation

• Managed continuous improvement projects for the Lackawanna plant through the use of Six Sigma and Lean Manufacturing. Project savings ranged from $65,000 to $1.6 million annually.• Trained plant employees for yellow belt qualification and mentored all green belt projects• Conducted margin analysis & statistical yield studies on all product through out the entire steel making process – melt to finished product.• Optimized design and performed cost analysis on new processes and equipment.
