Built Microsoft Managed Desktop (MMD), a new initial offering that brings together Microsoft 365 Enterprise, device as a service, and cloud-based device management by Microsoft. MMD enables customers to maximize their IT organizations’ focus on their business while Microsoft manages their modern desktops. Started on a team of 3, launched MMD to our first 50 customers, and grew through a team of over 150.

In the Windows Division working on Windows as a Service. Building systems to deliver new builds, experiments, drivers, and other content to insiders on a daily basis. This is transforming the way Windows is delivered and the way engineers build and test new features.

Working for the Dynamics AX Cloud Experience on a set of cloud based tools to enable better application lifecycle management. Including Lifecycle Services, Rapid Start, Business Process Modeler, and the setup experience. Ramping up a new agile team to produce fast results.

Plan and perform regular television segments on new technology.

Worked as a Full Time Geek Squad Supervisor, responsible for hiring, and developing over 20 Geek Squad employees as well as managing budgets and resources to meet profit goals.

Dynamics AX foundation team, spec’d and coded fleet management system to showcase AX foundation features.

Helped maintain five campuses with 1500 users, 12 labs, and 10 servers. Designed and implemented a login experience across all buildings and operating systems to access network resources. Utilized Objective C, Visual Basic, and shell scripting.
