During my time at KEITH, I worked specifically in Land Development with stormwater drainage, water utilities and sanitary utilities design. I created complete engineering plan sets and site plans. I also coordinated with several permit agencies to acquire various permits for my projects. I coordinated with several internal disciplines (Landscape, Survey, and SUE) as well as external clients and sub-contracted consultants. Lastly I performed plan reviews for the City of Boca Raton as well as Martin County.

I was assigned to 20 construction sites and performed regular site visits to verify accordance with submitted AIA payment applications and construction drawings, on behalf of construction lenders. I regularly spoke with contractors and project managers to arrange site visits, requested information, and addressed other related issues on behalf of constriction lenders. I recorded progress and generated progress reports with every site visit. I also analyzed complete plan sets and schedules of values in the preliminary stages of projects, and conducted plan review and cost analysis reports for construction lenders before the closure of construction loans.

During my time with Doka, I used AutoCAD on a daily basis to draft over 200 pre-assembly drawings for the on-site construction of concrete formwork pieces. In addition I created formwork designs for the construction of concrete slabs and shear walls for multi-story buildings and performed site visits to see how my formwork designs were implemented on job sites.
