I am currently pursuing a Masters graduate degree at Loyola University Chicago, building upon my strong foundation in Microbiology from Kansas State University. During my undergraduate years, I was engaged in research that helped to develop my skills and spark an excitement for research. My experience at the Kansas Department of Agriculture provided practical insights into the intersection of microbiology and real-world applications, broadening my understanding of the field's impact on agriculture and public health.The next chapter of my academic journey focuses on sharpening my research skills, and broadening my knowledge of immunology. I look forward to learning more and contributing to the advancements taking place in this field of research. With this degree I aim to pursue a career in the research and the development of better treatment and therapies of the worlds diseases.
