Having had several opportunities throughout my career to navigate a variety of issues facing some of the most operationally complex organizations, I've experienced first-hand the importance of defining a clear, actionable strategy, and how vital data and analytics are to making informed decisions. Recently graduating from USC's Marshall School of Business where I received my MBA, my focus was on process optimization and business transformation techniques with the goal of leveraging technology to streamline business processes; making teams leaner, faster, more efficient, and more profitable. Having worked within financial services technology, commercial airline operations, and client services, I'm a poster child for cross-functional team management, and navigating complex situations with multiple stakeholders. I've become an expert in obtaining buy-in from others, understand the importance of aligning expectations, and acknowledge how playing the figurative 'firefighter' can have a profound impact on the outcome of a project.
