• Coordinates daily litigation support requests for the department manager and various outside clients, as assigned. I am also responsible for technical data management activities, e-discovery data and image loading into kCura review databases, database administration and technical specs for standard and electronic discovery data productions.• Creates in-house document productions (electronic discovery and/or image format productions (PDF format or TIF/OCR, with load files) per attorney request on case by case basis.• Creates / maintains indexes of in-house litigation support cases for internal tracking purposes.• Custom designs electronic manipulation processes to assist with re-formatting and processing of specialty documents, as assigned. • Managed intake and quality review of new client data and outgoing productions to ensure that necessary standards are met. Responsible for review for inconsistencies or potential issues that pose problems that may interfere with workflow and timelines for all projects.
