The Director of Business Development works closely with the CEO to develop and coordinate new program development and vision to increase the agencies presence in the community; investigates and mediates challenges and/or concerns between staff and referring agents, manages and educates staff concerning new programs, community resources and funding updates. The Director of Business Development ensures the provision of accessible, high quality, cost effective behavioral health services which meet the needs of those we serve. The Director is involved in assessing the health care environment, following current trends and initiating new programs and systems.The Director is responsible for performing specialized tasks, i.e., program development, creation and delivery of reports on such areas as productivity, trending, goals and objectives, and quality management which exemplifies his/her specialized training and/or experience. The Director of Business Development will participate in all assigned management, supervisory, staff and team meetings; attend in-service trainings and staff development activities as scheduled, and coordinate programs; follow and enforce policies, procedure and practices in keeping with PROVIDENCE and community standards and contract and licensure requirements. The Director may develop program budget, participate in committees, special projects and will do other duties as assigned.

As Behavioral Intervention Program Director, was responsible for the oversight and program integrity of the Behavioral Intervention program and 3rd party partnerships, as well as responsible for the sustainability and best practice guidelines of the program.Provided direct supervision and coaching to program staff, and responsible for program development and contract compliance.Provided services to clients and families, including, but not limited to: coordinating and implementing the behavioral and service plan, with treatment goals and objectives, mutually developed by the family and clinical team; parenting skills; liaison and advocacy roles; coordinate staffing with family and other team members; system navigation; community referrals. S/he will gather information from community resources which may include schools, PCP, DDD, PCJCC, or other sources.Responsible for understanding, reviewing and being committed to the collection data process of the program. Responsible to review and approve treatment plans and Positive Behavior Support Plans written by other team members. Responsible for presenting Functional Behavior Assessments and Support Plans in meetings as well as providing implementation assistance with their recommendations. Oversaw tracking of clinical outcomes, evaluation of the effectiveness of the plan and make positive improvements to the plans as needed.
