Senior Client Accounting Coordinator
Current- Coordinate and work closely with approximately thirteen partners, including several senior level partners, to review and process client invoices in an expedited manner ensuring for accurate preparation
- Provide guidance and support to client accounting assistants, as well as delegate various billing and collection related tasks as needed in order to facilitate quick turnaround
- Lead efforts to coordinate with attorneys, clients, and other internal groups in order to resolve any billing or collections related issues, including rates and e-billing issues
- Tracking and invoicing alternative fee arrangements such as volume discounts, collars, and fixed fees based on client engagement letters
