Senior Client Accounting Coordinator
Current• Coordinate and work closely with approximately thirteen partners, including several senior level partners, to review and process client invoices in an expedited manner ensuring for accurate preparation• Provide guidance and support to client accounting assistants, as well as delegate various billing and collection related tasks as needed in order to facilitate quick turnaround• Lead efforts to coordinate with attorneys, clients, and other internal groups in order to resolve any billing or collections related issues, including rates and e-billing issues• Tracking and invoicing alternative fee arrangements such as volume discounts, collars, and fixed fees based on client engagement letters
