Serve as executive director for the Congresswoman’s Congressional operations and her official offices and staff at four worksites in Washington, D.C. and Eastern Washington, including driving legislative priorities, communications operations, and district outreach.Manage a staff of twenty individuals and an annual operating budget of $2 million to include officeoperations, staff salaries, member and staff travel, technology, and more.Coordinate and manage relationships with local and national stakeholders on behalf of the Member.Partner with the House Energy and Commerce Committee (E&C) to advance the Congresswoman’s district priorities and advise on issues related to energy, technology, health care, AI, and other issues under the Committee’s jurisdiction.Collaborate with E&C on legislative hearings, including securing and preparing witnesses before the committee from the Congresswoman’s district.Oversee and provide executive guidance for the Congresswoman’s biennial reelection campaign and her national and local fundraising operations.

Oversaw communications and press strategy including scheduling interviews, building and maintaining relationships with regional and national reporters, issuing statements and speaking on-the-record, and writing press releases, media advisories, op-eds, newsletters, and social media.Advised the Congresswoman covering natural resources, agriculture, education, tribal, and trade issues.

Responsible for regional press strategy for Rep. McMorris Rodgers’ Congressional office, including content creation, media relations, and digital media.

Led on internal communications products distributed to all House Republican offices, produced short- form external communication content and press releases, planned weekly leadership press conferences, and oversaw all social media efforts for Conference Chair Cathy McMorris Rodgers.Drafted press releases and statements, built and maintained relationships with local reporters in Eastern Washington, and crafted regional media strategy for Chair McMorris Rodgers.

Oversaw the functioning of a Congressional front office by answering constituent phone calls, managing office intern program, and assisting with policy research, and serving as the primary contact for constituents and visitors, while ensuring high-quality customer service.

As the associated student president for Washington State University, I served a student body of more than 17,000 students through programming efforts on campus, initiatives to improve the student experience, lobbying efforts in our state capitol, liaising between administration officials and the student body, and serving as the face of the collective students at a major research institution.

Cougar Connectors are the admissions ambassadors of the university. We are responsible for giving tours of campus as well as being well versed in the academic, admissions, and overall policies of the university, all while being educated about student life. As a Team Leader I oversee a group of Cougar Connectors as well as lead incoming call shifts in our Admission Office.

During two summers as an Orientation Counselor for Washington State University New Student Programs, I served as incoming students' introduction into the university. Directly interacting with roughly 150 students each summer, I was responsible for introducing incoming freshman students to WSU and preparing them for life on campus.

As the Director of Finance, I oversaw the financial standing of ASWSU as a whole. I maintained the financial by-laws of our organization, processed outside funding requests and managed the roughly $300,000.00 budget of our Executive Staff.

As an ASWSU Senator, I represented students from the College of Arts and Sciences. In my capacity as the Chair of the Senate Finance Committee and Budget Council I processed funding requests and oversaw the entire ASWSU budget as a whole. I was responsible for presenting this final budget to multiple bodies for approval.

As the chair of the S&A Committee, I presided over the committee responsible for allocating roughly 10 million in S&A dollars annually to student groups and services on campus.

Our Student Legal Services Office offers free legal council to students at Washington State University. We are staffed by student interns an have an Attorney who has office hours once or twice a week. As an intern we schedule consultations for students, maintain the office through clerical processing, and work to inform students of our office as a whole.

One of four undergraduates selected for this committee, discussed and contributed information about potential tuition options with influential administrators in order to help set tuition and tuition policy for the next year and evaluate the universities options.

As a Summer Legal Intern, I helped with the day to day activities of the legal team. I assisted with the organization of contracts, agreements, and litigation documents, worked with legal compliance and aided in all other tasks deemed by the legal team.

Head cook at local festivals where we served as food vendors. I was also an assistant at catering events where I helped cook, set up and serve.

As a Carpenter for the Washington State University Theater Department I assisted in building the sets for the various plays that were conducted.
