Colorado's Ride the West R.V Rentals is the largest R.V. rental company in Colorado. Responsible for over 300 peoples vacations yearly. We lease privately owned R.V.s from 19’ gas units up to 44’ Diesels. • Daily Inbound/Outbound sales calls with customers and future business partners • Organized Customer information using data entry. Invoice system, Repair Order/Maintenance System, Cost Analysis System • Run the day to day management of all aspects of the office. Work directly with customers leasing high end Recreational Vehicles. Responsible for the sales aspect of the reservations as well as insurance, scheduling, collecting funds and properly coordinating to ensure rapid volume and turnaround time for maximum profit. • Maintain and manage work load for a 12 technicians while striving to meet customer expectations. Relay work orders, messages, and information to or from technicians, service advisors and management. Prepare daily work and run schedules. Receive or prepare work orders. Work with insurance claims department regarding any damage during rentals. Including preparing estimates. • Responsible for orientations on high end Recreational vehicles ensuring customers understand how to properly drive and operate units. Work with customers in the event of breakdowns locating repair facilities, transportation and lodging in a timely matter. • Responsible for data analysis and year over year sales/goals for the company • Work with high end clients staging green rooms. Responsible for preparation, delivery, and overall quality experience. Also work with nonprofit organizations planning, marketing and executing events to raise funds for the Danny Dietz Leadership and Training Program as well as the Jason Dahl Scholarship Foundation.
