Senior Operations Manager
Current• Oversee four teams: Customer Care, Sales Operations, Project Management, and Product Application, with responsibility for 5 direct reports and total team of approximately 25 members. Direct budget management and forecasting processes.• Manage Sales Operations, providing order entry, RMA creation, orderbook management, dealer support, sales reporting, and planning, including unit forecasting to ensure proper supply levels. • Lead operational projects that impact multiple departments and improve business through streamlined tools and processes. Oversee Product Application team, ensuring training and education of dealer network and internal employees on product use and function, and collaborating with business development team for unique or OEM applications.• Conduct strategic analysis to identify operational inefficiencies and implemented process improvements. Facilitate cross-departmental communication and collaboration as key member of Senior Leadership Team, driving organizational strategy and achieving company growth targets through data-driven decision-making.
