Expected to drive accountability andperformance from a training perspective across Field Service teams by monitoringand tracking adherence to training and performance standards; achieve relevanttraining and Field Service performance metrics. Frequently designed, developed, anddelivered Field Pro new-hire certification training that includes industry security, safety,electrical and fire content. Designed and implemented individual personaldevelopment programs which allow each team member to excel in their currentposition as well as to foster future advancement that align with their own aspirations.

Responsible for exhibiting a professional appearance and conduct while providing aworld-class customer experience. Explain and provide detailed system capabilitiesand operational instructions to customers. Promote and sell additional equipment andservices to customers during each visit. Accurately complete necessary paperwork,including work orders, customer contracts, and time clock punches. Conduct routinemaintenance and inventory of company products and equipment including companyprovided vehicles. Work safely and responsibly to avoid injuries, damage to propertyand loss of materials and equipment.
