As a Learning Specialist at NinjaCat it is my role to Onboard new clients ranging from individuals to groups of 10+ people. I show people how to setup their own agency, add their own accounts, how to connect their own data sources, create data templates and setup reports for output... Along with any troubleshoot each unique group will have.My goal with each group is to enable them to feel confident in using the NinjaCat Platform but troubleshooting ideas, challenges and having fun doing what they're doing!

Working with the Customer Success Managers I assist in assuring each and every person we work with is satisfied with their reporting templates. Helping tackle the art and science of client communication with the tools needed to automate reporting. My goal is to assure that anyone utilizing NinjaCat is able to focus on optimizing their accounts and focused on agency needs, not reporting! Use your reports as tools not a task to complete.

My responsibility is to help agencies tackle the art and science of client communication with all of the tools they need to automate their reporting, winning new clients and transforming their existing customers into raving fans!
