Senior Instructor at US Army Intelligence Center of Excellence (USAICoE) for the 35F Intelligence Analyst basic Course. Manages 28 instructors in 7 classes which graduates up to 640 students per year. Ensures Course materials meets USAICoE standards, follows US Army Doctrine and follows the Critical tasks identified for the Intelligence Analyst.

Served as the S2 NCOIC and the Senior Intelligence Sergeant Observer/ Coach/ Trainer for the USASOC Special Operations Training Detachment at the Joint Readiness Training Center. Trained tactics, techniques, and procedures for employing intelligence personnel in support of Special Operations. Assisted with developing Combat Training Center exercises covering the full spectrum of SOF missions at JRTC and NTC

Senior Intelligence Sergeant which directly supports a Special Forces (SF) Battalion that conducts Unconventional Warfare, Foreign Internal Defense, Counter Terrorism, Special Reconnaissance and Direct Action operations in support of USSOUTHCOM, USNORTHCOM and USCENTCOM objectives; establishes and maintains systematic, cross-referenced intelligence records and files to determine significance and reliability of incoming information; conducts IPB using information from all sources while analyzing current intelligence holdings to identify gaps, and subsequent intelligence collection requirements; drafts periodic and special intelligence reports, plans, and briefings in support of the Resolute Support mission and Operation Freedom Sentinel

Supervised the training of intelligence analysts and the implementation of all source intelligence products to support full spectrum operations; supervises the establishment and maintenance of cross -referenced intelligence records and files; supervised the receipt and processing of intelligence reporting and messages; supervised and trained analysts in the analysis and evaluation of intelligence holdings to determine changes in the operational environment to include capabilities, vulnerabilities and probable course of action in support of the military decision making process in support of Operation Enduring Freedom

Advised the Battalion S2 on plans and operations in support of the intelligence mission; managed the personnel, physical, information security programs; served as the battalion collection manger synchronizing intelligence, surveillance, reconnaissance assets from the company to national level enabling timely and accurate intelligence in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom and Operation New Dawn
