Over the past 18 years, I have dedicated my career to television production at Bloomberg. Early on, I learned the backend support of master control and transmissions. I transitioned to the control room, immersing myself in specialized roles such as cameras and audio operations. Eventually, I became proficient in technical directing, overseeing all operational aspects, but with my extensive broadcast and control room knowledge I naturally advanced to directing. Leading multi-camera, live and taped studio and remote programs, I ensured seamless production while captivating viewer experiences. Seeking new professional and personal goals and challenges, I relocated to Bloomberg’s London office. There, I mastered field production, traveling across EMEA (Europe, Middle East, and Africa) to set up and execute small and large scale interviews. I engaged with different cultures, languages, and processes, all helping me gain a fresh perspective on how to reimagine storytelling. In a way, I became a production swiss army knife, adaptable to any situation. A few years later, I returned to New York with newfound expertise, rejoining my old team and newly joining the US field team in a dual role. This allowed me to strike a perfect balance between studio and field work. One week, I was launching a new sports betting show; the next, I was in Jackson Hole Wyoming for the Federal Reserve Policy Symposium. I was able to bridge the gap between two collateral teams.Soon thereafter, I was promoted to lead the US field production team. Overseeing field production and live event integration aligned perfectly with my expertise and career aspirations. I was drawn to the dynamic nature of the role and the chance to navigate the financial landscape alongside upper management. With my extensive field production knowledge, strong logistical planning skills, and solid technical understanding of equipment and roles, I was confident in my leadership abilities.Versatility has always been the cornerstone of my career. Managing a team is the culmination of that versatility, allowing me to lead seamlessly while fostering a creative, collaborative, and positive work environment. Through meticulous attention to detail and effective communication, I have consistently delivered exceptional results, adapting to evolving circumstances and overcoming challenges. My passion for media production and exploration drives me to seek opportunities that demonstrate my abilities, add value to a company, and further develop my skills, allowing me to grow professionally.
