• Responsible for daily administration and physical tasks to ensure the smooth running of a successful, multifaceted establishment.• Ensure member correspondence is communicated per brand guidelines and company proceduresand delegated to appropriate staff members to implement, to ensure for an exceptional customerexperience.• Assist Business Development Manager and Fitness staff maintain accurate member accounts;updating bookings, noting special requirements and requests.• Generate leads through customer engagement, identifying opportunities to explain and promoteclub facilities and membership packages.• Assist with coordination of group bookings including private events, corporate bookings, sponsors,weddings and other events.• Provide friendly, personalised customer service to all club members and visitors.

• Maximise new joiners through sales promotions and referral campaigns in order to achieve monthly sales targets in accordance with the club’s objectives.• Working through the cycle of selling memberships by proactively attracting and prospecting new members to join through face-to-face interaction and over the phone.• Helping with educating sales team on how to engage with new prospects and membership retention;• Supervision of front desk employees assisting with membership and general enquires;• Assisting club manager with daily operations of the club and tracking sales team KPI’s;• Working with the club manager on marketing initiatives to help promote the club.

- Controlling high paced environment within one of the Gold Coasts busiest hospitality hot spots.- Constant observation and improvement of the bar/restaurant's appearance and aesthetic to keep up to date with industry trends.- Manage a large team in and out of peak trade times. - Oversee stock controls as well as introducing new and exciting products.- Supervise customer satisfaction. -Create and implement new marketing strategies to attract new customers while satisfying regular business.
