Administrative duties:o Compiling records for transactions to be processed and finalised whilst working with interstate bodies e.g. Vic Roads.o Liaising with Fair Trading, Births Deaths and Marriages, Multicultural NSW to process transactions, validate contractor’s licenses and process certificates. o Training new staff members in GLS, Fair Trading and Maritime.o Undertake routine system searches, input and extract data using available computer systems such as GLS and DRIVES.o Maintaining accountable items such as Heavy Vehicle Log Books, Conditional Plates.o Responsible for responding and processing customer enquiries and applications relating to Tolling, Ticketing or Concession schemes, including updating of customer details, account anomalies, exceptions and errors and escalated customer feedback and complaints. Processing video images of License Plate Numbers (LPN) to complete tolling transactions and prevent toll revenue loss.

Managed complex, sensitive customer enquiries/issues escalated ensuring timely and effective resolutions. Resolved and recorded customer complaints and escalated any unresolved issues. Conducted analysis on customer enquiries to identify gaps and opportunities in the current information available and recommended improvements
