Administrative duties:o Compiling records for transactions to be processed and finalised whilst working with interstate bodies e.g. Vic Roads.o Liaising with Fair Trading, Births Deaths and Marriages, Multicultural NSW to process transactions, validate contractor’s licenses and process certificates. o Training new staff members in GLS, Fair Trading and Maritime.o Undertake routine system searches, input and extract data using available computer systems such as GLS and DRIVES.o Maintaining accountable items such as Heavy Vehicle Log Books, Conditional Plates.
