- Performed data analysis on passenger transfers at train stations, to identify locations to implement a data driven solution to improve train to bus transfers. Solution involved digital screens to hold the bus for late arriving trains to facilitate easy transfer for customers.- Assisted with research on the costings for a permanent AT Local presence in Devonport- Worked with a data scientist in developing a dashboard on customer complaints using natural language processing.

- Managed the operational relationship with the bus operator and software vendor for AT Local, the first On Demand Public Transport Trial by AT- Investigated OREs (Operator Requested Exemptions) submitted by bus operators to exempt KPI failures on bus trips. Worked with operators on rejected OREs - Undertook an analysis on the ORE process, identified the trouble areas that produce the most OREs, from operational, software related to human error.
