- Responsible for the day-to-day operation of five different food and beverage areas, offering casual to fine dining, ensuring great customer experiences and managing staff needs.

- Managing Inventory: Worked with the shipping and receiving department to ensure proper par stocks were set and kept, set pars based on sales volumes, counted and separated new inventory ensuring the oldest product.
- Liquor/Spirits Knowledge: Many courses and information sessions were made available to employees, allowing the cultivation of knowledge through research, conversations, and demonstrations put on by appointed.
- Cocktail Creation: Created a cocktail menu and expanded knowledge of liquors and spirits to enhance the menu. Won several awards and competitions for cocktail creations.
