drove to locations, participated in safety meetings, took sand tickets, entered information, organized tickets for easier tracking. I also worked with the sand pushers, made sure bins weren't getting mixed, took samples from sand trucks to double check loads. I called in for extra sand needed to finish jobs, went and strapped bins at the end of each stage, worked with sand workers, figured out what bins they needed to come out of and when the bin empties, as well as helping clean out from under screws and any other tasks assigned. I precisely followed company HSE standards & policies.

Drive to locations on daily basis, audit locations and paper work, make sure crew was filling out JSA's (Job Safety Analyst) and crane lifting plans. Supply crew with safety supplies, observer operators (SIPP) and correct them on proper lifting and proper grip to help prevent injuries. Communicate with supervisor and managers on issues that were found on location and what actions were taken to ensure the safety of the crew and equipment. Enter audits into system for if needed later review. Hold safety meetings and pre convey meetings, train operators on current training they needed. Check operator’s certifications to make sure they were up to date. Maintain a steady safe work environment for the operators. Attend classes to help understand better ways to help operators perform safely and better ways to manage their time to better help others. When accidents happen get pictures and statements. Would get drug test lined up within time limit, getting back to the district with the employee if injury didn't need medical attention. Investigate the incident, find the root cause, and work together with other HSE employees to take actions to help prevent incident from happening again. If needed would make an awareness action plan and talk with crews before they headed out to location, and if needed post up notices. When out in the field with the crews we would work with crews rigging up or down the location. Drive tractor-trailers to locations and back to district. Do random inspections on tractors-trailers before leaving to/from location to make sure we meet DOT if they were to be stopped. Would operate forklift to load or unload pallets and move things around the yard as needed.
