My main duty is to answer inquiries and provide technical support for customers' issues as they arise. I primarily work on issues with Linux based VPSs and dedicated servers, particularly those running cPanel, Plesk, or DirectAdmin as a control panel. While I was the over night supervisor, it was also my responsibility to work with staffed technical support operators to ensure adequate coverage throughout our shift. My supervisor position also demands my expertise as a resource for issues that could not be resolved by the staff on hand. Finally, I continue working on tickets for two other KnownHost brands: RocketVPS, which is a brand just for unmanaged VPSs, and UberHost, which is for managed shared server accounts. Show less

Duties involve providing emergency care and transport to the sick and injured, restocking equipment andsupplies as needed, ensuring due regard while operating a ambulance at various speeds and weather,preparing and submitting patient care reports.
