My job was to help customers and the company handle the money. I was responsible for working with customers to address payment or invoice issues, process orders and upgrade/downgrade requests, conduct audits, and respond to billing related questions, all to accurately resolve billing issues. I consistently had among the highest NPS scores of my department.

I was responsible for providing customers with extraordinary customer service and support over the telephone and via live chat. I needed to display excellent customer service skills and have an attitude and personality suited to work with both customers and my co-workers and make those people happy.

Support for a small manufacturing company. Responsible for Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Workers Comp, sales taxes, Payroll, and Bank reconciliation and deposits.

I provided office computer technical support and graphic design, including form design and product manuals. Produced office organizational systems. Redesigned and maintain Sikama web site. Assisted cash-flow projections based on bills, existing orders and current production schedules.In addition to the above tasks, I handled traditional administrative tasks such as maintaining the database of customers, vendors, company representatives and distributors, travel arrangements, routing calls to appropriate technicians, and interfacing with sales representatives worldwide.
