• Inspire, lead, and drive student culture at Poly Prep’s Upper and Middle Schools. Generate happiness, foster a sense of community, and ensure a safe and healthy learning environment.• Oversee organizational culture (~900 students and ~300 faculty/staff) by implementing strategic initiatives and key priorities in the Middle and Upper Schools, designing community programs that engage and inspire a safe and inclusive learning environment.• Operationalize budget priorities ($25,000) in managing all Middle and Upper School activities and student organizations (~100 groups in total) to advance the school’s mission, working with community leaders and parents to drive a child-centered culture.• Design and lead weekly assemblies and student events (speaking weekly in front of ~500 community members), including service outreach programs, community ceremonies, arts showcases and athletic competitions, and guest speaking arrangements.• Develop and execute Advisory curriculum to reinforce social-emotional learning (SEL), foster healthy student behaviors, and communicate institutional expectations while overseeing efficacy and consistency.• Supervise and enforce the school’s academic integrity program, working with division heads, teachers, and deans to drive restorative justice practices, coordinate peer-to-peer dialogue, initiate family communication processes, and communicate any disciplinary judgments.• Created Peer Mentor program to link the Middle & Upper Schools, providing role models for younger students in need of social-emotional and/or academic support.• One of twenty school leaders selected for the NYSAIS Justice, Equity, Diversity & Inclusion Cohort promoting leadership in DEI practices.• Lead and develop Diversity, Equity & Inclusion deliverables in consultation with the school’s DEI Team, furthering Poly Prep's commitment to social and racial justice through thematic programming and community workshops.
