Responsible for all aspects of 115+ year old, 6 story textile manufacturing operation. Utilized the Milliken Performance System to create an associate led safety process resulting in a 5 year Osha Incident Rate of 0.33 and passing OSHA VPP certification. Leveraged the MPS process to achieve best ever quality (all major styles > 50% reduction in off quality) and significant cost reduction in each department despite tripling plant complexity. Successfully completed a plant consolidation and modernization on time and under budget.Utilized aspects of the Milliken Performance System to successfully transition workforce into new technologies – in 2016 80% of operators were either new to plant or in a new position. Met cost targets in 2nd year after consolidation.

Daily interaction with customers and suppliers. Utilized the Milliken Performance System to achieve best ever quality and yield levels - 50% reduction, a 60% reduction in customer returns and a 20% reduction in lead time through the facility.
