Conduct telephony testing in accordance to many international standards for safety and telecom permission to connect.• Created a plan and procedure to determine whether hardware and software products are regulated by the USA Bureau of Industry and Security's (BIS) Export Administration Regulations (EAR). Determine ECCNs and file all necessary reports to the BIS.
