Core Responsibilities: • Serve in multiple roles integral to business-critical processes leading up to and through high-visibility New Product Introductions• Track and align strategic product launch plan-of-record (POR) information through coordination with Product Marketing Management stakeholders and New Product Readiness Teams• Administer the timely and accurate distribution of comprehensive official internal WW POR product launch and end-of-life documentation• Participate in internal data system product management in partnership with information technology teams• Asses user feedback and future business needs while developing Business Requirements Documentation (BRD) for new features• Partake in new feature prioritization discussions alongside management with both long and short-term outlooks• Engage in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and Production Validation Testing (PVT) in preparation for the launch of new internal systems and features• Analyze and maintain pricing and front-margin discount structures for finished goods (Customer-facing) in multiple SAP ERP system environments• Manage pricing data interface and induction into Apple Online Store, Apple Retail Storefront Point-of-Sale, B2B CRM systems, and other customer-facing downstream systems• Support customer online buy-flow analysis and ensure pricing accuracy utilizing advanced Excel models and complex internal data systems• Analyze and resolve business-critical ad-hoc pricing data escalations

• Ensure the successful and timely delivery of contact leads and clicks to clients across multiple platforms, APIs, and upload tools• Perform ad hoc SQL queries for data analysis, technical forensics, and data-mining purposes • Engineer multiple types of lead-generation campaigns consistent with client analytics teams’ demands and data standards• Analyze and execute appropriate data-mapping in order to match internal database values to client database values• Utilize Excel, SQL, and Tableau to construct personalized post-campaign reports to aid clients in performance analysis and examination• Employ SQL and Tableau to analyze delivery pacing requirements set out by the client in addition to identifying potential under-delivery situations in advance• Collaborate with internal information technology and development teams in efforts to solve system bugs and improve overall team efficiency to boost monthly revenue volume• Converse with external information technology and analytics teams to ensure data is presented in desired fashion and remains compatible with other platforms • Maintain large sets of data outlining the monthly performances of campaigns to ensure proper billing information for the accounting department• Monitor lead delivery statistics and metrics using custom Excel dashboard in order to provide internal client insight and give daily realized revenue and potential revenue insights

•Contributed alongside Nielson team members in advancing the functionality of the New Item Tracker tool intended for future analytics use by Consumer Brands in addition to many other departments•Responsible for querying (SQL) large amounts of specific transaction data from thousands of Safeway-branded establishments•Responsible for developing Excel models to identify appropriate source of volume benchmarks for the majority of product categories in order to guide departmental analysis of new item customers and new item performance•Continuously critiqued benchmark analysis across different categories due to differing breadths of variety and volume•Constructed SQL database queries and utilized Nielson Shoppervue tool to pull necessary transaction data in order to analyze customer movement across and within individual product categories•Responsible for developing Excel models to aid in the dissection of individual product categories and the identification of specific over-performing and under-performing products for further departmental analysis and critique•Gained valuable data-mining experience and exposure to “Big Data” in critical department projects with varying scope and complexity•Presented findings in Powerpoint slideshow for formal presentation to colleagues and fellow interns at the conclusion of the program
