Lead a global eCommerce & content SEO campaign for a top 5 sportswear brand operating in 34 countries and 16 languages. Was responsible for managing junior SEO resources and collaborating with analytics & social resources on a daily basis. The campaign included technical, brand, content and local/retail SEO tactics to improve eCommerce revenue, product page views, and in-store foot traffic. Also, lead a global campaign for a leading hot tub manufacturer with a focus on lead generation and foot traffic to dealer locations outside of the control of the brand. Utilized both on-page optimization for high volume head terms and template level changes to dealer pages to improve the local SEO presence around the globe. One-off projects include multiple site redesigns which required content audits, information architecture, page optimization and domain migration for a variety of large brands.

Created in-house SEO and PPC departments from the ground up. Hurdles included: tools, fulfillment processes, sales support, staff training, strategy development both on and off-page.
