As an Operations Manager at Space Energies, I work with a team of dedicated professionals to design and implement customized solar energy solutions for various clients, ranging from residential to industrial sectors. I oversee the financial planning, budgeting, and analysis of our projects, ensuring that we deliver high-quality and cost-effective services that meet the unique energy needs of our customers. I also collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to optimize our operational efficiency and performance, and to align our goals with our vision of creating a greener and more sustainable future.In addition to my role at Space Energies, I am also the Founder/President of Dream First, a nonprofit organization that I established in 2015 to increase the academic, economic, social, and leadership opportunities for young black men in the Tuscaloosa area. Through Dream First, I provide mentoring, coaching, and training programs that empower and inspire our youth to overcome barriers and achieve their dreams. I also partner with local schools, businesses, and community organizations to create a supportive network and a positive impact for our participants. My passion for social entrepreneurship and youth development drove me to pursue my MBA degree from Jacksonville State University, where I acquired valuable skills and knowledge in business administration and management.
