I’ve spent most of my life building businesses. From my first one selling beaded necklaces in the 5th grade (which got me sent to the principal's office) to the one started by selling shirts out of a backpack in college that led to opening a retail store, my entrepreneurial spirit is interwoven into all that I do.After selling my retail store to focus on e-commerce, Forbes called me College Football's Biggest Entrepreneur. Since then, I co-founded multiple businesses, including two food trucks and an education company that helps schools improve their students' ACT Scores (which wound up on the Inc 500 two years in a row and was acquired in Nov 2022). I’ve also helped grow an artificial intelligence company in the email marketing space.My latest venture started out in the Wild West of crypto, seeking out new and innovative ways to provide the physical infrastructure for blockchains. After many ups and downs, we’ve landed squarely in the world of large-scale bitcoin mining, which means I mostly spend my day thinking about electricity and air flow.Once I’ve “made it”, I'll either open a school teaching people how to parallel park or start peddling my homemade kombucha. Whatever it is, you can bet it will be with that same entrepreneurial spirit that got me sent to the principal's office in the 5th grade.
