As a member of the Node 4 Cloud Team, responsibilities include management of the Cloud Platform infrastructure across all Data centers and disaster recovery strategy using Zerto. I'm responsible for managing the multi site Zerto cloud infrastructure and customer DR consultation.

As a 3rd Line Applications Engineer for Timico, I am responsible for 3rd Tier support for our Cloud and Hosting customers specialising in the Microsoft product suite and Vmware Virtualisation Technologies. This mainly involves the support of the following Applications and Operating Systems:• VMware Products including V-Sphere Suite, vCloud Director and Horizon View• ThinApp or App-V• Microsoft Exchange Server• Windows Server including Active Directory, DNS, Clustering, IIS • Ubuntu, CentOS, Debian• Symantec and McAfee Security software• Veeam Backup and Recovery• Zerto DRAAS

As Timico grew as a company, the demand for Internal IT resource grew. As a result i was then responsible for the IT Infrastructure and a small Team of Engineers to ensure All the business IT needs were met.Responsibilities included insuring the maintenance and efficiency of a Microsoft based Infrastructure covering Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange and a large Windows Server Estate.
