I specialize in UI and UX design with over 13 years of experience. I lead teams in coming up with creative solutions that are based in both qualitative and quantitative research. I help distill research into strategic recommendations that then provide the foundation and roadmap for the development and design of websites and applications. I am responsible for collecting qualitative research, leading activities, interviews, and discussions with both internal stakeholders and users, writing user stories, user flows, site maps, designing low fidelity and high fidelity wireframes, and designing fully interactive prototypes through the use of tools like InVision.
