About Jared Still

Jared Still has 22 years experience of leadership and operational experience with diverse, multi-national, global teams ranging from a small startup to directly leading hundreds of people over his career – while managing hundreds-of-millions of dollars at a time – including $365M in combat support and security contracts in Iraq in 2004. Jared was decorated with the Bronze Star Medal (BSM) for direct actions in combat in addition to executing the extensive financial responsibility.Jared has a MBA from Southern Methodist University and a Lean Six Sigma Expert certification from Raytheon’s industry-leading R6S Expert® program. Jared has also completed nearly two dozen Department of Defense (DoD) courses in Contracting and Acquisition, being awarded the Defense Acquisition Workforce Improvement Act (DAWIA) Level II Contracting certification. Jared’s additional management and leadership experience came in the areas of financial services technology consulting, defense manufacturing and project management, consumer internet (startup co-founder and COO), as well as both energy procurement and energy sales.Jared’s largest acquisition programs on which he was a Contracting Officer were the F-22 and F-35 (JSF) programs. The DoD entrusted then-Captain Still with $500M, and $1.2B Task Orders respectively on those programs. Jared is dynamic in his ability to take a leadership role in any organization and solve the most difficult people problems while concurrently delivering ROI to the client along the profit pillars: operations and process, measurement, business development, and strategic planning.
