As an IT Systems Administrator for the State of South Carolina, I manage and maintain the software and network systems for one of our state-run agencies. I troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, ensure data security and compliance, and support end-users. I collaborate with the IT team to implement new technologies and improve the efficiency and performance of our IT infrastructure.I have a BA in Youth Ministry from Columbia International University, where I developed my passion for serving and mentoring others. I also hold a Google IT Support Professional Certificate and a CompTIA A+ Certification, which demonstrate my proficiency and expertise in IT fundamentals, such as hardware, software, networking, and cybersecurity. I am always eager to learn new skills and challenge myself in the IT field, and I strive to deliver high-quality and reliable solutions that meet the needs and expectations of the organization and the customers.
