As a Regional Sales Manger for Hort Americas, it is my responsibility to offer and sell my customers the most up to date technology for all of their growing needs. Our specialty lies in Horticultural and Hydroponic Growing supplies and can range from as small as individual irrigation components to as large as full container loads of growing media. We are also a Certified Dealer of the Philips Greenpower LED Growing systems. Our customers can be anywhere from a small to large growing operation and we do offer reselling opportunities for distributors as well. As the Coordinator of Sales and Marketing at Best Docs Network, my job was to both seek out new doctor and hospital partnerships and manage larger practice and hospital accounts. In my position, I also coordinated sales efforts with our in-house Production and Digital Marketing teams, making sure that communication remains constant. Digital Marketing is a fantastic tool for growing business, but does require constant monitoring and current/new content generation to remain relevant. It is my job to make sure the customers needs are always known so that we are constantly adapting to those needs as they grow and change. Our Video Production team is one of the best in the business and has years of experience working with doctors, patients and filming on-site and in operating rooms. My coordination with them is to simply make sure that we are fulfilling customers needs and doing so in the absolute most convenient way for the doctor or hospital.

I grew and maintained the south central US territory for OHP. I did this by spending time in the field demonstrating and selling chemical solutions to greenhouse and nursery growers. Other activities included grassroots marketing, sales and budget forecasting, strategic planning, sales program implementation and any other aspects to running a territory from a home based office.

While at Agro Dynamics I worked as a technical sales manager, focus being on distribution of hydroponic or soilless growing supplies for vegetable and flower growers. I would quote projects that included everything from small plastic crop accessories, to complex irrigation systems, greenhouses coverings and paint, substrates and just about anything else you would need for hydroponic growing.
